Q. When will Cruise Ship Interiors / Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America take place?

A. The next edition of CSI America will take place on June 8 – 9 2021 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. However, our European edition of CSI/CSH will still take place in London ExCeL on December 2 – 3 2020.

 

Q. Why have you made the decision to cancel CSI/CSH America 2020?

A. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have made the decision to postpone CSI/CSH America until the original show month of June 2021. Not only is there so much uncertainty around international travel at the moment, we also feel the community needs to come together when the time is right and is safe to do so. Elite Exhibitions number one priority has always been to deliver the best ROI possible for our exhibitors and sponsors, we believe postponing the event to 2021 will give us the best opportunity to do that.

 

Q. What will happen to my booth at the show?

A. We are already preparing for Cruise Ship Interiors & Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America 2021, which will take place on June 8 – 9 2021. We have moved your booking over to the 2021 event and your contract remains in place for the same size booth in the same location.

 

Q. Will Elite Exhibitions be running any online event instead in September?

A. Yes! We are currently working on a brand new online platform which will be free to access for all exhibitors – this will include LIVE conference sessions with industry leading speakers, online networking opportunities and our new and improved matchmaking tool – this means that you can still hold video meetings with our VIPs! (this tool is only available to 2021 and London 2020 exhibitors).

 

Q. What happens if I cannot make it to CSI/CSH America 2021?

A. The credit on your account is valid at any Elite Exhibitions event for up to 5 years. If you are unable to attend the event with a booth, then you can use the credit towards one of our sponsorship or online advertising packages. Please reach out if this is something you would like to discuss.

 

Q. What happens if I want to move my booking to your European event?

A. We have seen a large number of companies that were planning to exhibit in Miami now looking to exhibit at the London event in December (2 – 3 ) 2020. We are also bringing a large delegation of cruise line executives from the US based cruise line companies to London, so please reach out if this is something you would like to consider, we only have limited space available.

 

Q. What happens to the stand packages, furniture or exhibitor services I ordered via The Expo Group?

A. This can either be carried over to the 2021 event or they can offer you a refund on any payments made. Please contact caroline.pepper@elite-exhibitions.com to discuss this.

 

Q. What happens to my hotel booking?

A. This will be cancelled, and a new booking will need to be made for 2021, details will follow. If you haven’t already, please reach out to DF Meetings to cancel your booking. If you made your booking via a third party, then you will need to reach out to them directly.

 

Q. Where can I see the CSI/CSH America 2021 floorplan?

A. We will be sending the 2021 America floorplan with your booth location by July 1. If you would prefer a different location, then please contact your Exhibition Manager to discuss.

 

Q. What happens with the deposit I paid for the America 2020 show?

A. The deposit payment will be rolled over to the 2021 event with the remaining balance not due until April 2021.

 

Q. Do I need to do anything now?

A. Nothing is required right now, we are working on the new floorplan for 2021 and London 2020 and will share this with you in the coming weeks.
