Q. Why have you moved your event from October to November?
A. President Biden recently announced that from ‘early November’ the US will open to fully vaccinated European and UK citizens. Therefore, we have chosen to move Cruise Ship Interiors and Cruise Ship Hospitality Expo America to have the best chance to welcome the European cruise industry to Miami.
Q. I registered for your October dates, is my pass still valid?
A. Absolutely, all registrations will be moved over to the new show dates, and you do not need to do anything.
Q. What safety measures will be in place at the event?

Q. Will your European edition still take place in December, with the events being close together?
A. Yes, Cruise Ship Interiors Expo Europe will be going ahead as planned, taking place 1 – 2 December in London. Due to ongoing travel restrictions, we feel it is essential that both continents have a meeting place in 2021 and are asking visitors to attend the show that is most convenient for them.
Q. Will there be a party in Miami to celebrate the reunion of the industry?
A. Yes! It wouldn’t be an Elite Exhibitions event without a party! Invites to the reunion party will be sent out prior to the event and we hope to see you there!

Q. Where can I book my hotel and is there a HQ hotel?
A. We have partnered with DF Meetings & Events to provide you with a list of hotels at preferential rates. Most of the hotels listed are just a few minutes’ walk away from the Miami Beach Convention Center and Miami Beach’s hottest spots! To ensure your safety, please only book through our event website, using the official hotel reservation link or phone number.
If you would like to join the CSI & CSH team by booking a room at our HQ hotel, this year we will be using the Shelborne South Beach.
Q. I already booked my hotel through DF Meetings & Events, what do I do?
A. If you reach out to DF Meetings & Events directly, they will take care of everything for you and reallocate your booking to our new show dates.
