Nominations for the 2026 CSI Future Leaders program are now open!

The CSI Future Leaders program, supported by Cruise & Ferry Interiors, aims to highlight the next generation of design leaders and those who are making a positive impact within the industry.

To qualify, CSI Future Leaders need to be working in interior design, project management, product development, refurbishment, new build, innovation or put simply, just within the cruise design space.

They will be a master at spotting the next trend, a fast-thinking problem solver, a champion of sustainability, an unsung hero or someone you believe deserves recognition for their work within the industry.

Successful nominees will gain the title of CSI Future Leaders and access to the host of benefits such as:

• Invitation to the CSI Future Leaders program celebration onsite at Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas
• Bespoke content package giving them the opportunity to share their passion and projects with the industry via one-on-one interviews
• Access to invite-only networking events in person and online throughout the year
• And more
