After our sales team confirms your booking, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the important details and next steps.

You’ll also have the option to book an onboarding call with our Customer Experience team, where you can ask questions and get helpful tips. If this is your first CSI show, we highly recommend scheduling the call.

Hotels:

Hotel bookings for 2026, in partnership with our accommodation platform; Hotelmap will go live in early 2026.

Visa Supporting Letters:

We are happy to help any way we can in your journey to exhibit with us. If you are requiring a visa invitation letter, please complete the visa supporting doc request form.

We would kindly ask you to inform yourself about the valid entry requirements (i.e. visa requirement) and complete the necessary formalities in good time before the expo begins. CSI Americas assumes no liability in the event that your visa application is denied, your visa is received too late or in case you are not able to travel to the event due to any other reasons.

The Online Service Center will go live in early 2026

Be aware of scam emails offering fake data lists, event guide listings, and accommodation services for Cruise Ship Interiors. This is an on-going industry scam, so please be alert. If you have any questions about potential scam emails, please contact us.

Our team will never contact you in an attempt to sell Attendee lists.

We work with European International Fairs Ltd for CSI Americas. 

European International Fairs can help you with every step of your journey from your HQ to CSI. From packaging your products and booth materials, to global freight via air, sea, or road, as well as assistance with customs paperwork, they can make your logistics planning as easy as possible.

An order form is provided in the Online Service Center, which is now live. Your nominated contact would have received login details to access the Online Service Center. If you have any further questions accessing it, please get in touch with Caroline Chong.

A lead capture license will enable up to 4 members of your team access to an app for your smartphones. Using the app, you can scan badges to collect contact details from the people you connect with at the show. Each exhibiting company will only need to purchase one license. The data you collect over the show days will be sent to you after the show.

Lead Capture will be available to purchase closer to the show in 2026.

Speed Networking is our dynamic event that connects you the exhibitor, to the cruise industry’s decision-makers and buyers.

When booking your booth at CSI Americas, you may have additionally booked a pass for Speed Networking; providing you with eight tailored meetings, each lasting five minutes. If you are yet to purchase a Speed Networking pass and would like to know more on how to upgrade your booth space to include one, get in-touch with your sales contact at CSI Americas.
