With so much to fit into just two (and a half) days’ time, don’t miss a beat and follow our handy step-by-step guide to maximize your time at Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas & Conference.

1. Pre-register!

If you choose to follow just one of these steps, make sure it’s this one! Before you get on-site, before you even leave your office to join us in Miami, make sure you’re registered to attend Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas & Conference. Registering for your free pass grants you access to the show floor of more than 250 suppliers, a two-day conference program, networking opportunities, and the co-located Marine Catering Expo and Marine Catering Forum. Not only does pre-registering ensure you’re kept up to date with the latest event goings-on, but failure to do so means potentially long lines on the day. Pre-registered attendees will benefit from fast-track entry, meaning you won’t waste valuable time in line when you could be making connections on the show floor!

2. Download the official app

The official Cruise Ship Interiors app provides all the information you’ll need to ensure a seamless show experience, all from the convenience of your cell phone! Simply search ‘Cruise Ship Interiors Expo’ on your cell phone’s app store to receive the full conference agenda, live product demo schedule, and more. Plus, we’ll send notifications directly to your phone when conference sessions are starting, so you won’t miss a thing while you’re busy networking.

3. Pick your favourites

You may have an idea of who’s exhibiting at CSIE, but with more than 250 suppliers across the show floor, it can be easy to get overwhelmed or distracted. Our online exhibitor listing allows you to easily create and download a favourites list. Simply locate your favourites, click the star next to their name, and hit download! We’re all about sustainability at Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas, so we’d recommend bringing the list with you on your phone, laptop, or tablet where possible.

4. Download your personalized conference agenda

Much like our handy favourites function, you can create and download your very own conference agenda to bring with you on the day, meaning you won’t miss a session! Just head over to our conference agenda page, ‘star’ the sessions you’re planning on going to, then download and bring along to the show. Alternatively, download our ready-made conference agenda PDF.

5. Come prepared to do business

With so many networking opportunities on offer, coming prepared to do business is essential. To ensure you don’t miss out on making vital connections, come prepared with enough business cards for hours of networking! If you haven’t already, now might be the time to invest in a cardholder…

6. Make connections ahead of time

Start making connections before you even set foot in Miami with our handy B2B matchmaking service, which allows you to set up meetings, review matches, and see who else will be in attendance. This is one feature you’ll have to upgrade to enjoy, but surely the chance to make connections with the industry’s leading decision-makers is worth the price of a Pass Plus($100)?

7. Attend live product demos

Taking place across the show floor on Wednesday, June 19 and Thursday, June 20, will be 16 live product demonstrations! Suppliers to the marine market from worldwide will be showcasing their latest innovations, launching new products, and demonstrating their unique services in a series of 15-minute presentations. Streamline your time at the event by visiting booths during these slots.

8. Organise your travel

If you’re staying in one of our partnered hotels as advised, then traveling to the event will be a straightforward affair. The Miami Beach Convention Center will be no more than a 5-10-minute walk from any of our partnered hotels, excluding the Mondrian South Beach, which is just a 9-minute Uber or Lyft away!

9. Bring a colleague

Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas boasts quite the footprint, and with all the networking taking place, you might struggle to see and do everything in time. Why not bring along a colleague to ensure you don’t miss a thing? While one of you liaises with exhibitors, the other can catch a conference session or live product demo! Plus, your colleague will likely be singing your praises for bringing them along to the cruise interiors event of the year…

10. Dress for success (and comfort!)

While dressing to impress is important, dressing comfortably is vital, especially when you’ll be spending two full days walking the show floor, watching conference sessions, and networking after hours. Dressing for success means dressing comfortably. After all, if you have to go home to change your shoes halfway through the day you could miss out on that ever-so-important meeting opportunity!
