March, Brighton – CSI Design Expo Americas (CSI) invites the cruise ship interiors community to celebrate the 2025 Future Leaders! Future Leaders have a unique perspective on design, collaboration, and leadership and on shaping the future of the cruise ship interiors industry. Since 2022, we have welcomed over 30 guiding lights of the industry, celebrating their achievements and sharing their unique perspective on the state of the market and upcoming trends.
This year, Future Leaders hail from all areas of the industry, from expedition cruise lines to design studios whose work straddles land and ocean. Nominations praised them for their ‘outstanding problem solving’, ‘natural curiosity’ and ‘incomparable knowledge’, among many other traits. Some nominees were put forward for their depth of knowledge surrounding the specifics of cruise ship interior design, while others were highlighted for their flexibility, and ability to move between land-based and ocean-based design.
Among other projects, our 2025 Future Leaders nominees have worked on ships including Marella Voyager and the Orient Express Silenseas, plus spaces for Arsenal FC. They have garnered particular praise for their innovative approach to the challenges at hand. Whether working diligently on a groundbreaking pilot project or creating a new team that regularly produces innovative work, they are holding space and creating amazing spaces.
