Cruise Ship Interiors Expo (CSI) will reunite the biggest names in cruise ship interior design for two days of networking, learning, and community-focused events. Make sure you’re registered to attend the show, taking place 10-11 November at Miami Beach Convention Center. There’s a lot happening over the two days – make sure you don’t miss these six things!
All-Day Networking
Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas features a whole host of networking opportunities across the two show days. Come together with the community at the Reunion Party the day before the show (9th November, VIPs only, sponsored by MJM Marine, Mivan, and TAIT). On day 1, network over coffee at the Newcomers’ Breakfast hosted by JOI-Design (invitation only); discuss projects over lunch at the Networking Lunch (at the European Pavilion and VIP Networking Lounge); and round off day 1 at the Happy Hour hosted by Cambria and Vistona. On day 2, kick the day off with the Founding Partners Breakfast (invitation only); eat at the Networking Lunch; and pop your head into the Recruitment Hour.
Expert-led Conference Sessions
Cruise Conversations Live, the conference program at CSI, features some of the leading minds in cruise interior design discussing the most important and interesting topics in the industry. The Keynote session on day 1, ‘Design Leadership: We Are One Cruise Industry’, sees Dee Cooper (Virgin Voyages), My Nguyen (Seabourn | Holland America), and Petu Kummala (Carnival) discuss the future of cruise interiors and the guest experience with Greg Walton (Studio DADO). The Keynote session on day 2 focuses on the central discussion of our time – sustainability – and sees Nedgé Louis-Jacques (Tomas Tillberg Design), Bergen Hubert (Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute), and René Dupont (Hammer Carpets) take on ‘The Business Case for Sustainability’.
