Q. Why have the dates been moved to November 10 – 11 2021?

A. The US have recently confirmed that from early November they will remove the travel ban on European citizens. By moving the show from the end of October to November 10 – 11 it gives us the best possible chance of attracting a global audience.

Q. Have the US confirmed an open date in November?

A. No, they have stated ‘early November’ several times, most recently they confirmed they are on track for early November at a White House Press Conference. We understand there is still an element of risk involved in moving to November 10 – 11, but our original dates were end of October with no chance of allowing Europeans to attend. We expect to hear a solid date in the coming weeks.

Q. What do I do if I cancelled my stand but now want to reinstate my booking?

A. It is not too late to reinstate your booking. Please email info@elite-exhibitions.com and we can share the latest floorplan.

Q. What if I can no longer make those dates?

A. Please reach out to info@elite-exhibitions.com and we can discuss your options.

Q. What do I do if my booth is needed at another show, can I still exhibit?

A. Absolutely, our contractors Expo Group have shell schemes available to rent at a reduced price and your booth will be set up ready for you when you arrive.

Q. The show is now just three weeks away from CSI Europe. Will this have a knock-on effect at that event?

A. No, the European event will be well attended by European ocean, river, and expedition cruise lines along with the European design community. The Miami event is more focused on large ocean cruise lines so the value proposition for both events are very unique. We only had a handful of people that attended both events in 2019 so we do not feel that the close proximity will have a negative impact on either show.

Q. What hall is the show taking place in at the MBCC?

A. Hall C

Q. Has my booth changed location or do I have a new booth number?

A. Due to the volume of changes that have taken place over the past few weeks we are working on a floor plan redraw. We plan to limit the number of changes where possible, but any changes will be communicated to you in the coming days. Please bear with us whilst we work this out.

Q. I have already shipped my booth, what will happen to this when it arrives in Miami?

A. Please reach out to your shipping company to confirm they are able to store your goods at their depot. We have access to a storage warehouse in Miami so please reach out if your shipping company is unable to store this for you.

Q. What happens if the US confirms a date after the November 11 and we are still unable to exhibit?

A. All signs are pointing to November 1 being ‘early November’. Our previous dates in November meant we had no chance of being able to welcome European citizens, now we have a strong chance. It is a risk that both Elite Exhibitions & our Advisory Board felt was necessary. If you reinstated your booth booking and we subsequently find out you cannot attend then there will be no cost to you from us. We have also negotiated a later deadline to cancel from our contractor, The Expo Group.

Q. Are you still organising the European Networking Lounge & Pavilion?

A. Yes, we are going to be building this as one of the centrepieces of the event that will host various networking events, drinks receptions and have lots of incredible European products on display. If you would like to be involved then please email info@elite-exhibitions.com for more information.

Q. I have booked hotels, what happens with my booking?

A. If you booked with our hotel partners, DF Meetings & Events then your booking will be moved with no penalty, and they will reach out to you. If you have booked through another agent, then you will need to reach out to them and confirm the changes directly.

Q. I have a flight booked, what happens with my booking?

A. Most airlines are operating a flexible ticket booking system, but you will need to reach out to them to make the necessary changes.

Q. What are the details of the Reunion Party in Miami?

A. The Reunion Party is open to VIPs and exhibitors and will take place on November 9. The location of the Reunion Party remains the same, please check your email confirmation for the location.

Q. What are the 2022 show dates?

A. The dates of the 2022 event will be June 7 – 8 2022.
