In just a few weeks’ time, Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas (CSI) will be coming to Miami Beach Convention Center. Over two days, CSI will host conference sessions, networking opportunities and an exciting exhibition showcasing the industry’s most innovative suppliers. But, before this cruise interior trade show opens its doors on 7 June 2022, we have compiled a preview of our top five reasons cruise lines must attend Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas 2022!

1. Take advantage of numerous networking opportunities

At the heart of Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas is the cruise interiors community itself. As such, we aim to provide many opportunities for members of the industry to connect with new contacts while reuniting with colleagues and friends. This starts with the opening party, held the evening before the show opens on 7 June 2022. Then, over the course of two days, CSI offers a multitude of networking opportunities. This includes networking breakfasts, a Happy Hour held at the end of day one, as well as our exciting brand new Speed Networking sessions.

Sustainability is becoming more vital to how the cruise interiors industry will operate going forward. Furthermore, Cruise Ship Interiors has set out a sustainability mission going forward. This highlights its commitment to sustainability, placing this at the heart of the show. From creating exhibitor guidelines to working closely with certifying bodies, CSI is taking many steps to reduce its environmental impact.

As part of its environmental commitment, CSI will be creating a sustainable exhibitor route for day two of the show. This route will highlight 10 exhibitors that contribute to the cruise industry’s circular economy. Whether it is by reducing waste, lowering emissions during production and manufacturing, or using recycled materials to create new products, we have hand selected suppliers that are actively working to reduce their carbon footprint. Take this opportunity to see sustainable innovations from the likes of Dansk Wilton, Radici Pietro, Ege Carpets, and more!
